Meet the Inspiration
Mark & Vera
Mark & Vera both grew up on a farm in Canada. We can thank them for taking Dwayne on trips back home to visit. Lucky 8 Ranch is named after these two. Mark's lucky roulette number is 8, hence the poker chip logo and the 8.

Keith
Gramps worked in a meat plant most of his early life. He is the one that taught us our knife skills and how to humanly handle our animals. He was always the one to start the "honkytonkin'". His motto was, "Work hard, play even harder!" It was his great spirit and attitude that taught us how to have fun in any situation.

It was Dwayne's dream that made Lucky 8 Ranch a reality. He is the president and owner of Lucky 8 Ranch. When he isn't driving a tractor you'll find him with his feet up in the knock out chairs.

Andy
Operations Manager
Originally from East Texas, Andy has been with Lucky8 since the very beginning. Back in 2015 he decided to make Oak Creek his home and with that came being one of Lucky8's best!
Charlez
Ranch Hand
Charlez has been with the Lucky8 team since early 2025. Coming all the way from Peru, he has decided that steamboat is one of his forever homes!
Tina
Lead Tour Guide/Ranch Hand
Coming from Cleveland Ohio, Tina got struck with the Yampa Valley curse back in May of 2025 and has been with the Lucky8 crew ever since!
Hailey
Blake
Sales/Ranch Hand
A Florida native, Blake landed at Lucky8 in 2024 when he decided the Wild West was calling louder than the sandy beaches. You'll find him running the Arizona base of Lucky8 down in Phoenix!
